Rollerballs and sprays
Stay tuned for essential oil based everyday use rollerballs. I will also have yoga mat spray and "bug off" spray available. As always I am happy to come and do a workshop with you and some friends and I always have my diffuser bracelets and Mala necklaces available!
Our Mama mindfulness afternoon was AMAZING!!!
We spent a lovely afternoon doing yoga, meditating, being mindful, choosing crystal beads that spoke to use and learning about all the wonderful uses for essential oils. We left with an amazing meditation cushion, a crystal diffuser bracelet, a dram of oil, a rollerball, and peaceful calmness!!! Stay tuned for our next workshop!

Mindfulness in the classroom
Today in my grade 3 class, we made an anchor chart of "I am..." statements - in French of course! The students were so engaged and excited to fill our sheet with positive affirmations. Afterwards we choose 5 statements each and said them 5 times to ourselves to remind ourselves how awesome we are. I love that I can bring a little bit of my mindfulness and calm to my classroom and that the kids are SOOO receptive to it too!
